You’ll notice below that the pricing is a set fee. We don’t charge based on hourly, we charge based on outcome. If our team spends 40 hours on your stuff, but fails to deliver on what we said we would in that time, then that is considered a failure. We are measured based on moving the needle for you, not on how many hours we spend on your business.

It comes down to strategy. We’re not going to blindly complete tasks without thinking through the best and most efficient way to do things. When you pay hourly, a company is rewarded for having a task take longer than expected if they find an extra thing they can do that doesn’t really help the end result, but creates a few extra billable hours…

We like to get shit done. 

We are motivated by getting it done more effectively to hit your monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. 

We look at tasks as level 1, 2 or 3. 

A level 1 task is a simple task that doesn’t require much, if any, back and forth between us. A level 2 task requires a bit of back and forth and testing, but is not overly complicated. A level 3 task is an unknown. We don’t know how much time it will take or what roadblocks we may encounter on the way. 

How do I get started?

In order to be eligible for the VIP program, you must have completed at least one project with Business Tech Ninjas.  We typically have a waiting list for the VIP program. When a spot opens up, we look to companies on our waiting list that have submitted a deposit to hold their spots. 

In order to get on the waiting list, you will need to apply here.

The difference between the silver and gold is that the silver is intended to tweak and improve what you already have. The gold is where we are building out new systems. It could be a new site, a new course or a new campaign. Some of the more basic new campaigns or courses will be included in silver. Your client liaison will work with you on what we can do within a month. 

Unlike other retainers we are proactively looking for how we can help make your tech system better. You don’t need to worry about giving us ideas for how to make things smoother, we bring those to you.

That’s the BTN difference. We take the tech strain off of you so that you can focus on growing your business.
