It is important that everyone on the team be on the same page with who we are and what we stand for. 

We are here to help small businesses to get out from their businesses and be able to step back to live a better life. We build out the technical systems that allows business owners and the employees within companies to work smarter. 

Our core work is building out membership sites. If you have experience building out wordpress sites, that would be an asset. We work with Infusionsoft / Keap as well as Hubspot. 

We are 100% remote and encourage the team to travel. You must have solid internet while you travel and work on EST.

About the role

This role means helping the CEO to keep on top of the current projects. This person loves getting things done and checking items off. They are an organization freak and enjoy juggling multiple balls at anytime. We have one 1.5 hour meeting a week to go over the projects. On this meeting we go over what we did the previous week and what we will do the following. We go through any roadblocks that came up in the last week and work through them as a team.

We have daily 1/2 check in calls at 9:30am EST. On these calls we go over any questions someone might have about their day or any roadblocks they see to their work for the day. 

This person is someone who comes up with solutions. We are a startup and there is a lot of room for growth. We are systems focused and are build systems as quickly as we can. This person can see where things are falling and is able to come up with a plan how to prevent it going forward.

  • Work with the CEO on what needs to be done with clear outcomes
  • Confirm back with the CEO on anything that needs more clarity
  • Ensure that all tasks have a closed loop and are put into the next stage after completion
  • Schedule out time for the team
  • Confirm that tasks have been completed
  • Keep track of weekly milestones for each project
  • Report back on if a project is on or off track
  • Test systems to ensure that they work properly
  • Attend client meetings to take notes and record action steps

Time commitment

You would need to be available all day Monday and for 3 hours Tues-Friday. We have a daily meeting at 9:30am that you will need to be on. When you work during the day is flexible and it is not mandatory that you work 3 hours everyday. It is flexible but the work needs to get done to meet client and business requirements. 

We are looking at a 20hr part time commitment right now. We would like this to grow into a full time role within 3-6 month. This will depend on results that will be clearly articulated to you.
