OUR PROCESS

The Business Tech Ninjas process is culmination of years of experience working in tech and building out membership sites. It is from this base that we have created our process to ensure that we are consistently delivering excellence to our clients. 

Our process is based loosely on the ideas from the Lean Startup. The idea of build -> Measure -> Learn. We have added our own elements that make sense for the types of services we offer. 

The Gather Phase is about collecting the right information and understanding the assumptions we are making. This allows us to put the correct checks in the place to ensure we hit our goals. 

The Create Phase is where the magic happens. This is where we put everything together and get it built. 

The Refine Phase is when we get feedback from you. This allows us to ensure that at the end of the day, the solution we deliver solves the problems that you came to us with. We are solution creators. 

The Launch Phase is when we get feedback and figure out how to improve what we have done and make it better.  We believe in seeing which levers affect our outcomes and test to see which ones have the greatest impact.

PHASE 1

GATHER

We do our base installation and customize it to your business. Fonts, logos and base design elements are added. We look at the content that needs to be accessible and the different users that will be accessing the site. We start to build out the nuts and bolts of your ultimate customer experience. What are the main outcomes you are looking to achieve?

PHASE 2

CREATE

In the beginning of this phase, we will walk you through the rough user experience of the site to ensure that we are on track with delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ninjas then go to work to make it so. We then walk through it as a user would and brainstorm the way that makes the most sense for your business. We work through the nitty gritty of your experience.

PHASE 3

REFINE

We will be walking through it as a customer would. We will also be going over what internal users need to know to manage the site going forward. Any final changes will be made. We make sure everything is on point

PHASE 4

LAUNCH

After you have had a chance to input your content, we do a walk-through with you to ensure everything is set up correctly. This is where we learn the most and figure out what lever to move next. For example: do you have lots of people joining as free members but not upgrading to paid? How can we change the offer or deliver it a different time to move this lever.
